ABOUT US

The Pediatric Neuroanesthesia Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia (SPA) was formed to promote research and educational endeavors in pediatric neuroanesthesia and neuroscience. We are a group of pediatric anesthesiologists from across the United States and internationally. We also have strong ties with the Society for Neuroscience in Anesthesiology and Critical Care (SNACC).

The field of pediatric neuroanesthesia is growing in complexity and becoming more specialized.  Our group will highlight high quality pediatric neuroanesthesia educational content to residents, fellows and general anesthesiologists to promote excellent care for complex neurosurgical patients.
